Job Description
The Beauty Tech provides services to clients and must be proficient in salon services, products and packages. This position requires a self-starter who is licensed by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. The Beauty Tech must possess strong business acumen, as well as excellent management, organization and leadership skills. This position includes but not limited to Hairstylists, Loc Technicians, Nail Tech’s, Makeup Artists, Lash Specialists etc.
Responsibilities:
▪ Performs services on all diverse clients
▪ Identifies solutions to mitigate client experience opportunities
▪ Provides new learnings and insights to Haus Davinci staff on new products and
services to pilot based on industry trends and community reviews
▪ Adheres to policies and procedures to properly align with client satisfaction
standards
Key Competencies and Abilities:
▪ Ability to actively listen and learn, participation in ongoing trainings required
▪ Strong customer service skills, friendly and upbeat
▪ Excellent communication skills

Apprentice/Intern
Columbus, Ohio
Job Description
The Apprentice must be enrolled in a cosmology or beauty school. This position will perform ad hoc services in the salon and will require collaboration with all staff. The Apprentice must attend training and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Responsibilities:
▪ Serves as an additional resource, while performing salon operational duties
▪ Provides innovative ideas and perspective to Stylists on market trends and current
learnings from their cosmetology or beauty school
▪ Adheres to policies and procedures to properly align with client satisfaction
standards
Key Competencies and Abilities:
▪ Strong collaboration skills required
▪ Must be flexible in thought and scheduling availability
▪ Willing to actively to listen and learn, participation in ongoing trainings required
▪ Strong customer service skills, friendly and upbeat
▪ Proactive, ‘hands-on’ approach required
